MEMBERSHIP SUMMARY

WHO WE ARE: Old Town Association (OTA) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) merchant association comprised of business owners and community members in the Old Town Cottonwood area in Cottonwood, AZ. We were founded with the mission of improving the commercial district on behalf of the business owners here. Our service area is located primarily in the commercial district on Main Street between N. 7th Street and N. Cactus Street.

HOW WE COMMUNICATE WITH MEMBERS: Currently, we communicate with members via e-mail by sending out meeting notices, event notifications, promotional opportunities, and information and news from area businesses. Our website, oldtown.org, is updated regularly with current information, as well as our OTA Facebook page. We also host an annual meeting for all members in good standing.

HOW MUCH IT COSTS: Old Town Association membership 2024 is currently $100 a year. Friends of OTA membership is currently $160 a year. Annual membership is renewable and payable by February 1st each year.

HOW TO JOIN: Mail or drop off the membership form and your check, made payable to Old Town Association, to 849 Cove Parkway Ste B. Cottonwood, AZ 86326. To pay by credit card, please use one of the two PayPal buttons on the right side of this page. Upon receipt, we will e-mail you payment confirmation and confirm your inclusion on the OTA member distribution list to receive event notifications and be eligible for all member benefits.

OTA Old Town Merchant Member 2024 (January-December)
Ownership or operation of a business within Old Town Cottonwood, or ownership of real estate property within Old Town Cottonwood. Currently “Old Town”, for the purposes of OTA membership, shall be defined as Cactus Street to 7th Street.

Friend of OTA 2024 (January-December)
Businesses, organizations and/or individuals who do not fall within the Old Town District, but who choose to support the OTA. Friends of the OTA are unable to vote in membership elections but included in OTA media.

OTA Members

  • May vote at election of Directors & Officers and may be elected or appointed to the Board of Directors.
  • May call for items of discussion to be included on the monthly board meeting agenda.
  • Members in good standing will be included in the OTA social media, advertising and marketing efforts.
  • Members will be asked to participate in activities, programs, publications and events.
  • Complimentary inclusion of your upcoming event(s) in OTA media.
