The Bananas in Old Town that you see today is the resurrection of the original Bananas gifts, which was located in the ghost town of Jerome, Arizona in the 1980s and 1990s. My name is Teri Von Gausig, and at the time my then husband and I sold our insurance business and decided to run a gift shop.
Everyone thought that we had gone "bananas" and the name was born! Years went by and our store eventually had to close, but the dream never left me. Fast forward to 2020 and my dream began to rise again. Though the pandemic hit, doors kept opening for me to once again "Go Bananas", leave my job as an Escrow Officer, and open Bananas In Old Town.
Bananas is back with a new name and a new look. I'm so happy to be a part of the Old Town business family and Bananas in Old Town plans on staying for a very long time.

Christel Radke, owner and designer of Pink Rain Boutique, personally embellishes most denim jackets, jeans, bags and footwear with artistic flair and flamboyance. She also created a new line of slip dresses for romantic and special occasions.

vPink Rain Boutique is located in Old Town Cottonwood on 1014 N. Main Street and is open seven days a week, Monday to Saturday 11am to 5.30pm, Sunday 11am to 4pm.

The boutique is full of thoughtfully selected clothing and accessories with a boho western vibe. Karla also offers horse workshops and she creates custom clothing pieces that are inspired by the horses.
